Joining The Gym

As you may have seen in my goals of twenty fourteen post, one of my main goals is to join the gym and stick to it. 

Two weeks ago I finally made the decision to join my local gym, I also came up with a small plan of what to do and when to go. To help me stick to this plan I ordered myself the Blogilates fitness journal, I ordered this so that I am able to write down everything I do for each day and keep on track with where I am each week. 
The journal only last 12 weeks but I am hoping that once I am able to keep to a fixed plan, I will no longer have to keep note of everything. 

With the journal you are able to track all your measurements at the start of the 12 weeks and at the end, you're also able to write down your daily meals and exercises. I am hoping that the book with keep me motivated and at the end of the 12 weeks I will be able to see some differences! - if you would like to order the book, you can so from here 

My local gym has a range of different classes which I'm hoping I can take part in. A few I'd love to join include, LBT (legs,bums and tums) A class which I've heard great things about and I've love to try some of the yoga and body pump classes. ( I'd love to know if you take part in any of these classes.) 

Over the next few weeks I will be sure to keep you updated on my progress! I'd love to know if any of you are also on a keep fit mission this year!
